for creators who have a lot to say, but can’t quite get it all out yet…

your ideas are loud. your output is quiet. and you're tired of guessing at what's supposed to live in between.

create is 10 weeks of figuring out what you're wired to make, what it looks like coming out of you, and how to keep making it without burning out, copying someone else, or shrinking yourself into a box that doesn't fit.

doors are closed right now. but join the waitlist for our september cohort below <3

you're not a beginner. you have taste. your saved folder is full of work you love. you can feel when something is good and when it's not, even if you can't always explain why. you've been quietly building this instinct for years.

you just haven't figured out how to make it visible in your own work yet.

that’s what create is for.

what you'll actually walk out of create with

001 / clarity on what you're wired to create

you'll know the specific creator you are. not the broad version, the specific one. the kind of work only you can make, the angle no one else has, the thing you've been circling without quite naming. you'll be able to say it in one sentence and use it as the filter for every piece of content you make from here on.

002 / a visual style that's recognisably yours

the edits, the pacing, the colour, the framing, the texture. you'll know what your signature looks like and why it works for you specifically. people will spot your work in a feed before they see your name.

003 / a voice that sounds like you on a good day, every day

the way you talk when you're excited, when you're being honest, when you're not editing yourself. that voice. on the page, on camera, in captions. no more safe version. no more hedging. you'll have a way of writing and speaking that's unmistakably you.

004 / content formats that hold your range

no more pillars you can't stick to. you'll have 2-4 formats that fit how your brain actually works, and that give you room to be playful and serious, visual and wordy, soft and direct. range, held by structure.

005 / a system that catches the ideas before they disappear

a notion space you'll actually use. so the thing you thought of in the shower, on the walk, in the middle of a conversation, makes it all the way to the feed instead of hiding in your notes app.

006 / the ability to see your own work clearly

this is the one i can’t teach you directly. but by the end you'll know how to look at your own content and see the gaps. what's working, what's pulling away from you, what needs to come in closer. you'll stop needing someone else to tell you if it's good.

007 / a body of work, not a feed of attempts

content made during the program that you can look back at and see a through-line. proof that you've stopped trying and started building.

what create actually is

a 10 week creative direction program for content creators. half of the work is figuring out the specific thing you're wired to make, with my coach alexa joining for the first two weeks to anchor that.

the other half is building the visual style, the formats, and the system that let you actually keep making it.

you'll hand things in. you'll get feedback. by week 10 you'll have a body of work that proves the through-line.

that's it.

what you actually want (and haven't been able to name yet)

  • you've got the substance. you've got the message. but when you film it, edit it, post it, it feels flat. you can't tell why. you just know it's not landing the way it does in your head.

  • there's a list of things you're obsessed with, things you could talk about for hours, things you've been quietly building expertise in. but the second the camera is on, you shrink it down. you hedge. you say the safe version instead of the real one.

  • you don't want to be the person who only posts one kind of thing. you've got range. you want to be playful and serious. visual and wordy. soft and direct. you don't want a niche that flattens you into one note.

  • your saved folder, your moodboards, your notes app, your screenshots. it's all proof of what your taste is. your own feed doesn't reflect any of it yet. there's a gap between what you can see and what you can make, and you can't close it on your own.

  • the rewriting. the deleting. the staring at it for an hour. the posting and immediately wanting to take it down. you want to make something, know it's yours, and let it go.

why you’re struggling to see your own creative wiring from the inside

it's not a creativity problem. you have ideas. it's not a tools problem. you have the apps.

it's that no one ever taught you how to see your own work.

most content advice tells you what to make. very few people will sit with you and help you see the shape of what's already there. the through-line in your taste. the format you already reach for when no one is watching. the visual instinct you've been using your whole life without ever naming it.

that’s where create comes in.

built around that one thing. helping you see your own creative wiring clearly enough to actually build with it, so the work coming out of you finally looks like the work in your head.

the version of your work you describe to your best friend on a voice note is the version that's supposed to be coming out of you on the feed.

that's the gap create is built to close.

what's inside

10 weeks. structured. specific. real.

weeks 1 & 2 / vision

co-hosted with my coach alexa. we get specific about who you are, what you're wired to make, and who it's for. you leave with a creative thesis you can hold every piece of content against. alexa runs point on the inner work. i translate it into creative direction.

weeks 3 & 4 / formats

we squash content pillars and replace them with formats that actually fit how you think. you'll have a notion system holding it all by the end of week 4.

week 5 / integration

one full week to put it all into practice with a real challenge. low stakes, high reps.

weeks 6 & 7 / signature style

this is where the visual direction work goes deep. we look at your taste, your instinct, what you keep gravitating toward. you'll leave with a signature style that's not borrowed and a clear way to step out of it when you want to play.

weeks 8 & 9 / consistency

how to keep this going once the program ends. not posting every day. showing up in a way that's sustainable for the kind of creator you actually are.

week 10 / the showcase

you bring your creative thesis, a body of work from the program, and your forward plan. you share it with the cohort. you leave with proof of what you've built.

some of what past create-ors have said

“From day one, Mia's energy was incredible, warm, motivating, and genuinely passionate about helping every single one of us to succeed. She was always available to support us and explained everything in such a clear, easy to understand way.

I learned so much about the real process behind content creation, and I feel so much more confident now. Knowing that I also have lifetime access to both the content creation and editing courses means I can revisit the material whenever I have a doubt or need some fresh inspiration which is priceless.

Mia is such a kind and inspiring soul. If someone wonders if to take the course, they should definitely!”

gabriela (astrology & phsycology creator)

“Im a freelance social media manager - and had been trying to do my own content for such a long time and didnt really think I needed any help as I make so much content for my clients but I never posted - I was really struggling speaking to a camera and knowing what to say

In the create course within the first few weeks - I had what id been struggling with for months (maybe years) and that was clarity - I knew what I wanted to say and more importantly why I wanted to post

Mia also really helped me over come my fear of speaking to the camera - ive always been such an introvert and struggled with speaking (having speech impediments in the past) - but mia gave super helpful frameworks to start speaking to the camera

If your thinking about joining - you wont regret it - I genuinely think there is something for everyone in this course - from the video editing, to the community to the clarity”

suki (social media manager)

questions you’re probably asking

  • you don't need to be polished but you do need to already be in it. create is for people who are already posting, already have an account up and running, and already know what's frustrating them about their own content. you have things you've tried, things you've abandoned, opinions on what you do and don't like. that's the starting point we work from. if you haven't started yet, this isn't the right program for you yet. come back when you've got some real attempts under your belt and we'll have something to work with.

  • yes. create isn't industry-specific. past cohorts have included food creators, finance professionals, designers, coaches, musicians, health practitioners, construction business owners, beauty founders. if you have a business, a craft, or a perspective and you want to start showing up online in a way that actually feels like you, you're in the right room.

  • this is the most common reason people join. you're already doing it but something feels off. the aesthetic isn't quite right, the captions don't sound like you, it feels inconsistent or like a diluted version of what you actually want to make. that's exactly the gap create is built to close.

  • no. the editing fundamentals are covered through the studio (my self-paced capcut course, included with create). auto captions, overlays, colour correction, keyframes, assembling clips, troubleshooting, all of it.

whether you've never opened the app or you just want to sharpen your existing skills, the studio has you covered.

  • realistically, around 3-4 hours a week. that's a 90 minute live call, the pre-recorded lesson for that block (usually 30-45 minutes), and the time it takes to actually make and hand in what we're working on that week. some weeks will be lighter, some weeks heavier depending on what we're doing.

if you can't carve out 3-4 hours a week for the next 10 weeks, this isn't the right time to join. create is built around making things, not just learning about making things. that takes hours that are actually in your calendar.

  • every session is recorded and available within 24 hours. but the live call is where the real work happens. the feedback. the real-time problem-solving. the moment when someone says the thing you've been trying to articulate for three weeks. plan to be there.

if you know a specific week is going to be tricky in advance, tell us. don't disappear and catch up on the replay quietly. the program works because the cohort is in it together, and that only holds if people show up or say when they can't.

  • doors open for our sixth round july 20th. the cohort runs for 10 weeks starting september 7th. you'll get access to the welcome materials and your week 1 prep as soon as you enrol.

  • yes. the pre-recorded lessons are yours for life. the live call recordings are saved and accessible afterwards too. come back any time you need a reset.

  • solo gives you everything you need to build your content identity and strategy independently. all 12 lessons, the notion template, community access, and 1:1 messaging with me through the platform. it's for the self-starter who knows they'll run with the roadmap on their own.

collective is the full experience. everything in solo, plus 8 weekly live group sessions with me, the studio editing course, three guest expert workshops, a private collective space and office hours messaging. it's for the person who knows that accountability, live feedback and building alongside other people is what's going to make the difference between doing it and not doing it.

  • honest answer: create only works if you do. i can't do it for you. what i can tell you is that the structure is specifically designed to keep you moving. weekly live calls. deliverables every couple of weeks. a small cohort of people all building alongside you. and me, someone who will notice if you go quiet and will come and find you.

the commitment has to come from you first, but the scaffolding is built to hold you.

  • the program wraps but the work doesn't stop. by the end of create you'll have a creative thesis, a visual signature, a system, and a body of work that proves it.

you'll be set up to keep going on your own. for those who want to keep building with the group, inner circle is our ongoing monthly membership for past create students. more on that inside.

  • if you've read this far, you're ready. the people who aren't ready for create don't make it to the FAQ section.

the only question now is whether you're going to keep thinking about it or actually do something about it.

what you're walking into

most programs let you disappear. you can sit in the background, half-watch the replays, never hand anything in, and walk out with nothing to show for it.

create doesn't work like that. it's not built for the people who want to consume from the corner. it's built for the people who actually want to make something by the end.

so here's what that means in practice. you'll hand things in. you'll get feedback from me, from alexa during the vision block, and from the group. you'll show up to the live calls. you'll engage in circle between them. if you fall behind you tell us. you don't disappear

so we move with three things here…

show up. not perfect. just show up

specific. bring the actual draft, the actual edit, the actual thing you're stuck on. the work makes the work better.

in motion. not stuck. keep moving.

if that sounds like the space you want to be in, you're in.

what changes when you know what you're wired to create

★ you open instagram (or your preferred app lol) and you don't flinch.

★ you film something and it comes out the way you meant it to. you sit down to edit and you know which choices to make because you've made the same choices before, on purpose.

★ you scroll past someone whose work used to make you feel behind and you feel curious instead of small.

★ you sit down to make something on a tuesday afternoon and the resistance isn't there because you finally know what you're making.

★ people start saying i can tell that's yours without you having to explain.

★ you stop screenshotting other people's content for inspiration and start screenshotting your own to remember what you figured out.

★ the part of your brain that used to ask is this me? every time you posted goes quiet. not because you stopped caring. because you finally know.

  • 10 live calls (week 1 is a 90 minute vision intensive co-hosted with alexa)

  • alexa in the circle community during week 2 for vision feedback

  • pre-recorded lessons tied to each weekly block

  • the notion templates and systems i use in my own work

  • a private circle community for the cohort

  • deliverables every couple of weeks so you're building, not just consuming

what's included

who's running this

i'm mia. i run floofy socials, a global creative editing agency working with creative entrepreneurs and brands to direct their visual identity and turn the thing in their head into content that actually grows their business.

i started floofy on my own in early 2024 and have since built it into a team supporting clients across the world. create is the version of that work you can do for yourself. i'm taking everything i do for clients and giving it to you. the way i see. the questions i ask. the systems i use. the visual through-line i pull out of every brand i touch.

i can see the shape of your creative voice before you can, and i'll help you build it into a practice that actually holds.

then we have miss alexa martinez joining us. alexa is my coach and will be with us for the first two weeks of create to anchor the vision work. her zone of genius is helping you redefine success on your own terms. mine is helping you see your creative wiring clearly enough to use it.

vision and visuals. inner work and outer work. that's how this is built.
